Mission
Shape Up US is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing parents, children and teachers with the educational tools to make informed decisions about their overall wellness with a focus on physical exercise and nutrition to promote cardio-vascular health and mental and emotional well-being.

Vision
Through our on-line educational programs, state-by-state wellness fairs, and live events, Shape Up US helps families and teachers assess, address and provide solutions for their personal and community wellness needs. We will connect them to national and local wellness educational programs, certified educators, healthcare organizations, and businesses that focus on wellness.

Goals

• Provide the most up-to-date wellness information and education to families, children, and educators to empower them to lead healthier, happier and more meaningful lives.
• These empowered individuals and groups will, in turn, help and inspire others who seek similar goals.
